Summer Cove officially opened June 28.  The Sarasota Board of County Commissioners approved the plan for Summer Cove condos in December 2004, and the developer released plans to the public in March 2005.  Located on Siesta Key-bayside, Summer Cove  consists of 45 three and four bedroom condos with 2,100 to 3,700 sq.ft. of living space.  Enclosed garages are offered also.

The units feature large windows, private terraces, granite countertops, fine wood cabinetry and high-end fixtures and appliances.
